Yesterday I saw an online article about how to improve your mind as you grow older.
I had just started reading the article but kept hearing over and over … God gives us a sound mind … God gives us a sound mind
I stopped reading and looked up this scripture and definitions for the word “sound.”
2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Sound - solid; firm; stable; showing good judgment or sense;
free from falsehoods and delusions
I started thinking about how we are given a very sound mind, in both spiritual and secular matters,
when we hear from God and believe and obey what HE says to us through
the Holy Spirit which HE gives to each of HIS children to live inside us
and guide us.
