God shows us HIS view of homosexuals and lesbians in the following New Testament scriptures:

Romans 1:26-28   For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

The apostle Paul tells us the "effeminate" will not inherit the kingdom of God.  He names them along with other sins of the flesh of man, such as adulterers, fornicators, those who hate and despise others.

I Corinthians 6:9-11  Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate (homosexuals), nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

All sinners can be saved if they see their sin and repent and do not do that sin any more.

Jesus said to the woman taken in adultery:  "Go ... and sin no more."  John 8:11

But to continue in that sin will put you in a position for something even worse to come upon you.

John 5

13 And he that was healed wist not who it was: for Jesus had conveyed HIMSELF away, a multitude being in that place.

14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

15 The man departed, and told the Jews that it was Jesus, which had made him whole.

Concerning those persons who are enlightened to the truth and repent and later return to those sins, the apostle Peter says:

2 Peter 2

20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

Concerning a homosexual or lesbian claiming they were "born" as such, the Bible shows us the truth about this.

Mark 10:6  But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
