Can they be saved?

(Chapter 8:  Book, Spiritual Warfare, coming July or August, 2019, on Amazon)

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

(Letter to a woman in our little church group.)

7-8-2019

Cathy:

When you spoke of your son and how you had hope that he would be saved, I thought about this and didn't have anything to say until this morning, so I didn't respond until now.

Yesterday I was reading Hebrews 10, and I became a little sad as I studied some of those scriptures where it looks as if a person cannot be restored if they do "despite" to the Spirit of Grace.  (I was thinking of what Barbara did this year.)

But this morning I was praying, thanking God for putting me here in Colorado with Pam, and thanking God for various things, and I thought, even with what Barbara did, maybe God has a way to restore her and save her without doing harm to those scriptures.  So I asked God to do that provided it will not harm those scriptures.

I certainly don't see how it is possible, but with God all things are possible, even when we humans can't see "how".

***

(When the angels told Sarah she would have a child at the age of 90 ... She laughed (in fear) ... then the angels kept speaking to Sarah and she believed, in faith.)

Genesis 18:9-16    And they (the angels) said unto him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent.

And he
(the angel) said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him.

Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women.

Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?

And the Lord said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?

Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

Then Sarah denied, saying, I laughed not; for she was afraid. And he said, Nay; but thou didst laugh.

And the men rose up from thence, and looked toward Sodom: and Abraham went with them to bring them on the way.

(But we see Sarah did believe and did go forward in faith.)

Hebrews 11:11  Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged HIM faithful who had promised.

(Faith in that which God says to us gives us the strength we need to go forward in hope.)

Continue ... Letter to Cathy:

So my "joy" returned over those scriptures in Hebrews 10:26-29
God might have a way to restore Barbara, that I can't see, while HE keeps these scriptures in place!

(Matthew 19:26     But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.)

***

(To Cathy)

... Then I thought of what you said about your son.  And I realized even if he doesn't show salvation during your life time, and I'm not saying he won't be saved during your lifetime, but even if you don't see this, you still have reason to hope.

For at the moment before death, God certainly could reveal himself to that person who is dying.  And if that is the case, that person would share in the inheritance of Christ with us who have worked through the heat of the day!

Matthew 20:1-16    For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard.  And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.  And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace,  And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way.

Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise.

And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle?  They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive.

So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.

And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny.

But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny.

And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house,

Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day.

But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny?  Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee.

Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own?
Is thine eye evil, because I am good?

So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.

Critical for you, Cathy ... and for each of us not to be swept away by fear, doubt ... and to continue with God by HIS Spirit as long as HE leaves us on this present earth ... for if we begin to feel hopeless and we try to continue while feeling hopeless without getting that settled with God, then we will likely be swept away by the iniquity we see in this world.

Love, Joan

Concerning the warning to the church:

Hebrews 10:24-31

There is a woman in our church group who did "despite" to the Spirit of God according to this scripture in Hebrews 10:29.

It is a very sad situation.  This scripture warns the church not to resist the Holy Spirit of God.  To do so puts that person who resists the Spirit into hand of God for judgment.

But even in this case of Barbara, who was in our church group and turned away from the Spirit and railed at me with accusations ... God might have a way to save her in spite of what she did against scripture and against the Spirit of God ...

Jesus went to the cross and died a terrible death in order to uphold the scriptures.

That is how important scripture is.

So this offense done by Barbara is against that which we read in the Word of God.  This offense is against the Holy Spirit who teaches us about the scriptures and teaches us to honor the scriptures.

If the scriptures have to be harmed to save this church woman, I would  not want the scriptures harmed to save her.

But if God has a way to save her without harming the scriptures, then I have hope and joy.

***

In our lives, we should be "fearful", honoring of the scriptures and Spirit of God as long as we are left on this earth.

Here is that scripture and what I saw.

Hebrews 10:24-29   And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

***

For a born again Christian, who has been given the Spirit of God, to ignore the Holy Scriptures and to ignore that Holy Spirit of God, and to strike out against a true minister of God,  potentially crippling not only that minister but potentially stopping that ministry of God, is a very serious sin which should lead that violator to eternal damnation.

For to do this, the violator ignores the Holy Scriptures and Holy Spirit of God and follows his own flesh and devils, "doing despite to the Spirit of God", who warns him not to do this.

Despite means:

- despising the Spirit of grace:  paying no attention to the Spirit of God who tells us to forgive those who trespass against us ... to strike out, seeking revenge for that which we think was done against us.

- to show contempt, malice, defiance toward scripture (which tells us to forgive and to honor the ministers and the ministries that are appointed by God) and to follow the Holy Spirit.  (Some ministers are corrupt and have perverted the scriptures and we do not honor them.)

- without taking any notice of or being influenced by scripture or the Holy Spirit

- not allowing yourself to be prevented by the scriptures or the Spirit of Grace

- you do this thing although you know you should not do it

- doing this in defiance of that shown by scripture and the Spirit,

- doing this in spite of knowing the scripture and the things of the Spirit

- undeterred by the Spirit of grace

- without being affected by the Spirit of grace

- pursuing an outrageous act, showing contempt for scripture, the Spirit of grace, the ministries of God, the minister of God, and the church of Jesus Christ and the body of Christ.

Hebrews 10:30-31   For we know HIM that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto ME, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge HIS people.

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

***

When I studied Hebrews 10 yesterday, knowing that which Barbara had done, I didn't want to see any more scripture, for it was just too painful for me to think of the consequences which Barbara brought upon herself by her actions.

But God restored me this morning by the concept that all things are possible to God and HE might have a way to restore her in spite of that which she did against the Scripture and against the Spirit of God for that is really what she stuck against by her railing against me, God's servant, God's minister, and God's ministry.

***

To be able to do the ministry work again after this, I had to turn to God to get HIM to show me HIS judgment of me and the work of the ministry done through me.

That very night, God gave me a dream:

In this dream, I opened the front door of my house to find someone had put their garbage outside my front door and all the way across the front of my house.  It would have to be cleaned up.

I believe God shows me that what Barbara accused me of is "her own garbage", from her heart which is not right with God, for I was trying to "provoke her to good works" and she viewed it as if I was throwing rocks at her.

In the sight of God, her words against me were "garbage" ... so this enabled me to continue the ministry to which I have been assigned ... and immediately the chapters on Spiritual Warfare for a book exhorting the church were given to me and I wrote them.  (To be published on Amazon toward the end of July, 2019)

But Barbara's dead body still lies in the middle of my highway, in the thoughts of my mind.  This certainly has to be removed.  It is like that garbage left at my front door and at the front of my house which has to be cleaned up.

I believe I have been shown this:  Do nothing concerning to try to help her until she comes showing great shame for that which she has done.  (so I wait to see that)

But since being shown these concepts, that nothing is impossible with God, I believe I can wait in hope where she is concerned.

And best of all, I can continue reading scripture in hope ... doing the exhortations for the church in the end times to help us to endure the evil that comes even from those in the church.

But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Hymn:  Amazing Grace

(Click forward arrow > to play music:)

1.   Amazing grace!
how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch; like me!
I once was lost, but now am found,

Was blind, but now I see.

2.  ’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears relieved;
How precious did that grace appear

The hour I first believed!

3.  The Lord hath promised good to me,
His WORD my hope secures;
He will my shield and portion be

As long as life endures.

4.  When we’ve been there ten thousand years,
Bright shining as the sun,
We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise

Than when we first begun.

Scriptures pertaining to this hymn:

v. 2 ... ’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear:  By the grace of God, we are taught to fear God and to honor the Word of God.

Psalm 111:10    The fear of the Lord (The Word) is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do HIS commandments:

When we fear God above all others, we will obey God above our own selves and above all others.

We honor the Bible, by doing the Word of God, the Holy scriptures.

II Timothy 3:16-17     All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

v. 2 ... And grace my fears relieved:  By the grace of God we have the solution to our problem brought to our minds by God by His Spirit, and when we hear from God, by HIS Spirit, our fears and doubts and dreads vanish as we believe, and focus on, that Word brought to our minds by HIS Spirit.

Romans 4:1-6     What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?

For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.

For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.

But to him that worketh not, but believeth on Him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,

Romans 4:13-15    For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.  (Believing what God has said and that which Jesus has done.)

For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:

Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.

(We can try to follow the law but fail to be saved by our works in trying to follow the law.  Instead we believe in the worthiness of Jesus and HIS blood for our salvation.  We are worthy only through that which Jesus did.)

16  Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,

Revelation 5    And I saw in the right hand of HIM that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?

And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

And HE came and took the book out of the right hand of HIM that sat upon the throne.

And when HE had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

And they sung a new song, saying, THOU art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for THOU wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by THY blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;  And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;  Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto Him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

And the four beasts said, Amen.

And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped Him that liveth for ever and ever.

Hebrews 9:22    without shedding of blood is no remission.

God showed it to me this way:

"You didn't shed your own blood to pay for your sins.  But Jesus shed HIS blood to pay for your sins."

Therefore when I recall that which I have done in past, and am ashamed, I focus on HIS blood which paid for that sin.

I can't do anything by my own works to pay for my sin, but by faith I believe in the power of Jesus' blood to pay for the wrong I have done and as I believe in Jesus and what HE did, I am freed from those thoughts concerning my past sins.
