When you feel a little "down", begin thanking God for that which HE has put in your life. Devils flee. Thanking God is a major weapon in our Spiritual warfare.
My cousin's husband died. She told me she got so lonely at nights. I told her when she she starts to feel the loneliness coming upon her, to begin praying. Ask God for help. God will help her.
