In speaking to the young evangelist Timothy, the apostle Paul said:
I Timothy 4:3 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
To reading: Bible (As of today, we will resume our "Reading through the Bible" series starting with Matthew at the end of today's blog.)
To exhoration: To urge earnestly by advice, warning.
To doctrine: Covering various subjects by printing scriptures from Bible, comparing scripture with scripture: such as divorce/remarriage; homosexual/lesbian.
