πŸ’₯ I'm 87 years old and so happy!

Comments by Joan Boney:

I am totally convinced that "My God will supply all my needs" as long as HE chooses to leave me on this earth.

We must learn to believe this.

Philippians 4:19   But my God shall supply all your need according to HIS
riches in glory by Christ Jesus (the Word HE brings to our mind by HIS Holy Spirit.)

I can rest in this Word.  I can go forward in this assurance.  If there is a need, God has the way for me already laid out in front of me and all I have to do is go forward in what HE has told me.

Examples:

πŸ’₯ Last night, Pam Padgett watched something on TV and at one point I turned my head and became so dizzy I thought I was going to pass out.  I told Pam what happened.

I prayed that God keep me safe in the night if I had to get up to go to bathroom.

Then the idea came to move the port-a-potty nearer to my bed.  (It had been sitting in a corner all the way across the room from the bed.)

I told Pam I was afraid to walk that far in the night. (Of course I leave a light on all night in my bedroom but the distance was just too much for me to awaken and make a transfer.)

So Pam moved the port-a-potty to the area where the love-seat and twin size bed is located as shown in this photo.

This gives me no floor space to fall!

If you look closely, Molly, the cat is in the other side of the love-seat!
(microphone and podcast recorder are on my right side)

All my needs are within the reaching range of my left and right hands!

This was very successful!  It gives me great confidence.  This is what each of us must have going forward, a knowing that which we need has already been laid out there for us by God and we just put it in place one step at a time as needed.

Be joyful and happy in knowing God is working with us at all times and the need is there waiting for us when we need it!

πŸ’₯  My physician's assistant told me this week also to remember she is there if I need her!  That is of great comfort to me!

πŸ’₯  For the past 2 days, each time I awoke I had a strange "paralysis" in my left foot going up to mid-thigh.

Then when I began to move around in bed, I could feel my foot again.

What if I become paralyzed?   God brought to my mind the answer.  I could move to rehabilitation hospital or assisted living.  (If I need that, it is already there, it is just a matter of moving my love-seat, port-a-potty, microphone and recording equipment where I can continue making Podcasts if I am still able to speak.  I have already prayed long ago that I would be able to work up to the day I die.)

Do things where you are that cause you to be glad and joyful.

I have a variety of things in my life daily without ever leaving the corner of my bedroom:  Our classical music blog which I can play on cell phone or Kindle tablet;  Podcast microphone & recording device on table to right of love-seat so I can swing the neck of the mic to front by laptop and record immediately.
