A while back God gave me a Word through the Holy Spirit which helps control me every time I think about it.
I had been watching the news, especially interested in what was going on between the two political parties. But it was taking a toll on me, affecting me in a very negative way.
One day I heard the following which I believe was from God…
“You don’t belong to the Democrat Party. You don’t belong to the Republican Party. You belong to ME.”
I still watch the news and find it very interesting, especially in light of the times we are in today, as we draw near to the return of Jesus. But thinking on this Word draws me back, helps stabilize me and never fails to make me happy.
God always knows exactly what we need in order to be helped, doing for us what we cannot do for ourselves, no matter what we are dealing with, and I am so grateful for this.
