The Lord reward you according to your work ... whether good or evil.

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

Jesus said:

Matthew 12:33-37    Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.

O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

(If I hear evil coming out of my mouth, which I sometimes do, then I know I have allowed a bad seed into my heart by failing to pray over something that troubled me or something that offended me.  I can then pray and God corrects my heart.)

A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.

But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

We store up good treasure in our heart ... or we store up evil treasure in our heart.

Whether good or evil, that which we take into our heart will at some point come out of our mouth.

Learn to listen to what you speak and you can judge your heart!

Everything is corrected through prayer.

Also it helps to balance our day so we get plenty of rest.

Read sections of Bible and think of what we are being told in those sections.

When Pam and I compiled that NT, we put stars separating the concepts in some of the chapters.  I find it helps me concentrate if I read the concepts between the 5 stars.   Then I try to stop and think of that which the scripture is saying in that section and I can reinforce myself or adjust myself as needed.

For example:

*****

Matthew 4:17-22

From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.

And he saith unto them, Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.

And they straightway left their nets, and followed Him.

And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and He called them.

And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed Him.

I stop and ask myself:  What did I just read?  What is this telling me?

This section of scripture is an exhortation to pay attention when Holy Spirit brings a concept or idea or scripture to my mind.

I notice how in both examples they followed Jesus immediately.

Devil tries to steal thoughts and ideas God brings to us.

I like to try to grab hold fast and think on that which I feel I'm being told by God.  And then act on it when needed, for doing what you are told helps you to hold onto that word and live that word, making that word a part of your own life.

God does speak to each of us who belong to HIM by HIS Spirit who brings thoughts, concepts, and ideas to our minds as we go through the day.

Often when I miss a word, it is repeated to me again giving me another opportunity to focus on that concept or to do that thing.

This is the reason we put those 5 stars separating concepts in the chapters of Bible, is to remind us to stop and think about that which the Bible is saying to us.
