Several years ago, when people were so stirred up about Cuba, I had a dream where I heard the following: "The problem is not Cuba. The problem will come through Mexico."

I Timothy 2:1-2 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
We know how our own flesh reacts to problems and often makes things worse. But we have the Spirit of God and know to pray, asking God to help us with these decisions.
The Bible shows us God changing the hearts of men and God influencing the counsel of men.
Certainly those in authority need help in making decisions.
Pray for those in authority.
