Yesterday morning I was thinking of some recent spiritual battles I have faced and the changes God made within me as I focused on the Words (scriptures, concepts) HE gave me by HIS Spirit. I wrote down the Words as they were brought to my mind by the Holy Spirit so I would not let them slip and could think on them during the day, and I also recorded the scriptures so I could listen to them at night.
It was amazing to see how my faith was strengthened and I was able to overcome, no longer troubled nor paralyzed by fear, as these Words became "part of me" by meditating in them.
Thinking of these things yesterday, I was reminded that HE strengthens us with might in the inner man, and found this in Ephesians 3.
