I am 80-years-old and do not travel.
In the Bible, we read how to know "the wisdom that is from God."
James 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
If we violate any one of these points then we probably are not going in the way of God.
* pure: authored by God not by our own flesh.
* peaceable, gentle, easy to be intreated: works authored by our own flesh are often not easy to do, causing great effort and expense that we are unable to handle and if we continue these works, we often have to beg for money to pay for works that look good but are authored by our own thinking or even by ideas suggest by devils. One of the most serious considerations in knowing if the work is authored by God is do I have a way to do this without becoming a beggar.
Every time God has told me to do something, the way to do it has been easy ...
We have a very small church group, only 7 of us. But we have everything we need to do the work without putting pressure on anyone to give to us.
So many ministers become extortioners in order to pay for their works. If they considered the wisdom that is from above it would keep them free from fleshly works that God did not author.

In March, 2012, God gave me a dream showing me to start a blog. When we looked into doing this, we found it cost nothing at all to do this work. The messages from God go all over the world instantly. There is no censor by man's intervention. Perfect!
In 2016, when we found it possible to publish books through Amazon and when we got facts concerning publishing, we were truly amazed. It costs us nothing to put these books on internet and they went all over the world instantly with no censorship. This meant we were free to speak as God willed ... very important! Then we found Amazon would also print paperback versions of the Internet books. These have world wide distribution also. All we had to do is write and submit our writings to Amazon in the publishing form which they required.
God had set this up where it was very easy for us to do. Mostly I write. Pam Padgett was a computer code writer for Fed Ex and she had the necessary skills to get the writings into publication form for both internet and paperback books. And Pam's strong love for scripture causes her to be extremely careful about any scripture we write. Perfect!
When God authors the work, everything needed is there to do the work.
But if the work seems good to us but puts us into financial bondage, I would not do that work. For I know it is not the wisdom from God to do this. James 3:17

Matthew 7:21-25
Not every one that saith unto ME, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of MY Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to ME in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from ME, ye that work iniquity.

Some will read a scripture and think God told them personally to do that work ... such as go through all the world and preach the gospel ... and they will go about finding ways to go all over the world ... they often act in hypocrisy to get money from people for their work ... that violates the wisdom that is from God, James 3:17, so we know the work is not authored by God when we see that.
A few ministers innocently stumble into a work which they are unable to pay for and become beggars, putting pressure on the body of Christ when God did not author the work. This steals money from those things that are authored by God. And it also destroys the minister and his own family sometimes financially and even spiritually as some family members resent the fact they can't do certain things because of the finances required for the work. The fruits from such a work are terrible.
If you are of God, and truly want to understand what I tell you here, I believe God will open your eyes.
You may think it, the work you are doing, is worthwhile and needed and in the flesh it probably is. But most of us are not wealthy so we are not equipped to do such things as orphanages and caring for old people. And these things have a way of starting out small and getting out of control fast.
Again it will take spiritual understanding from God for you to see what I am saying to you.
I believe you have gotten into a trap. Getting free is possible but only if you can carefully follow God.
I repeat, God could get you out if you can hear HIM and understand HIM but it will take that.
But Paul said the flesh profits nothing ... although it may seem good.
I think what you have gotten into is a fleshly work which will likely destroy you.

Interesting...that guy today might be of God...the one with the 17 orphans...imagine that trap.
I feel sorry for everyone...him, wife, his own children, and orphans.
Word "orphan" is not in New Testament.

First
of all receive humble greetings from the church children's and all the
church members through Jesus name and how are you doing on in the lord
Jesus Christ.? We all thank you very much for Accepted our prayer
request for our church we ask our Lord to bless you so much Amen! Kindly
my dear brother what can i doing now concerning the kids food and the
shelters?
Also we are asking you kindly my dear servant of God
please pray so hard for our church in that we may get Bibles in our
Church and may the lord bless you abundantly. Tents is another big
challenges pray that may the lord to open ways during this time of rain
seasons they are suffering a lot because of it we believe in God that
may the lord Add you more and for get or former things Amen! We can glad
to receive from you and Honor our Lord but not us. may the lord bless
