If you are going to build your house on the word of God, then you are going to have to know what God says:
Divorce/remarriage
Mt. 5:32 ... But I (Jesus) say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
3 forms of sin
- man who divorces a "faithful" wife will be the cause of her adultery which she will commit if she remarries
- the faithful wife, who has been divorced by her husband, commits adultery if she remarries
- man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery

In the New Testament Church the divorced woman commits adultery if she remarries.
The apostle Paul makes this clear in the following scripture:
I Cor. 7:10-11
And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord,
Let not the wife depart from her husband: But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.

Paul is writing to the NT church and Paul says these "rules" are the commandment of the Lord for the NT church.

If a man's wife is unfaithful, the man can remarry if he divorces her.
This is the only scriptural reason a man can remarry after divorce.
If the woman remarries after divorce, she commits adultery, according to Jesus.
And the man who marries the divorced woman commits adultery.
There are different rules for men and women concerning divorce/remarriage according to Bible.

What if the woman married / divorced / remarried before she was born again? She remains faithfully married to her second husband. But she also tells other people she committed adultery before she knew the truth and she warns those people not to do what she did.

Go by what the scriptures say. If you are one of the people appointed to salvation, God will make HIS word clear to you as you pray asking HIM to show you truth and as you study the scriptures seeking pure truth in the sight of God.
At the time of sexual intercourse, the two become one flesh.
God created it this way.
How then do you divide one flesh after it is joined together?

And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.
What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

Romans 1:18, 26-27
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

In the Old Testament there are many
scriptures pertaining to homosexuals. They are called "sodomites". In
each case, they are outcast and condemned by God. They are never approved.
Can homosexual or lesbians be saved? Of course they can. Just as an adulteress can be saved.
But Jesus told the woman taken in adultery to "go, and sin no more". (Jn. 8)
They would not be able to continue in their sins after being born again.
Heb. 10:26-31 ...
If we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
Of
how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who
hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of
the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath
done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
For we know HIM that hath said,
Vengeance belongeth unto ME, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And
again, The Lord shall judge his people.
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
Jesus warned the man HE had healed:
Jn. 5:14 ... Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.
What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith HE, shall be one flesh.
But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.
Flee fornication.
Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

(The world calls "drunkenness" a disease. God shows drunkards to be sinners.)

Sins inside the church: Paul tells us what to do if "a brother" is a fornicator, covetous, an idolater, a railer, a drunkard, an extortioner.
I Cor. 5:11,13 ... But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
In the case of an especially bad fornication where a man was commmitting fornication with his father's wife Paul instructed:
In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. I Cor. 5:4-5

He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be MY son. I rejoiced !
People of the world want freedom to sin and to be approved by other humans in their sin.
God wants to save us and free us from those sins.
After we are born again, we are new
creations. Surely none of us who are born again want to sin. Some may
sin through ignorance of the word of God. But we don't want to sin when
we belong to God. We want to serve God when we belong to God.
The restraint
that holds antichrist back from our lives is the word from God. As
long as we cling to that word, doing that word, antichrist cannot move
into our lives.

How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into HIS death? Therefore
we are buried with HIM by baptism into death: that like as Christ was
raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also

Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
For he that is dead is freed from sin.
Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with HIM: Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over HIM. For in that HE died, he died unto sin once: but in that HE liveth, he liveth unto God.
... Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
... But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
