πŸ’₯ Scriptures:

Psalm 62:5  My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from Him.

***

1 Chronicles 16:23-27  Sing unto The Lord, all the earth; shew forth from day to day His salvation.

24 Declare His glory among the heathen; His marvelous works among all nations.

25 For great is The Lord, and greatly to be praised; He also is to be feared above all gods.

26 For all the gods of the people are idols: but The Lord made the heavens.

27 Glory and honour are in His presence; strength and gladness are in His place.

Nahum 1:7  The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and He knoweth them that trust in Him.

Proverbs 25:11-12   A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.

12 As an earring of gold, and an ornament of fine gold, so is a wise reprover upon an obedient ear.

(Comments from Beth Martin, member of the body of Christ)
My son Ian came over a couple days ago. He is the one with whom the Spirit intervened after the battle with evil influences a couple weeks ago.  (To see this account, please click here:  Report of God healing adult aged son)

After this battle, my husband and I were led to leave it alone. I never spoke to him about the battle or results shown to us. We also received word from God stating, "I am not finished with him yet"

He was over delivering equipment that he borrowed. He and I were in the house alone. He was walking around looking and pacing.

I was impressed to say that to get into heaven, you have to know Jesus Christ. It is not enough to be a "good person". I said that to him. He did not say anything. He left shortly thereafter.

Since then, I wondered if I did the right thing. Today I was reading the above scripture, Proverbs 25:11-12, and was reminded of the word I had spoken. I rejoiced and knew that he was the obedient ear.

Praise God for His Word to us that guides and leads us.
