Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
Each of us have thoughts come to us to steal our faith in God. It is a fight to hold fast to what God says in Bible. But that is what believers do. We believe in God.
We especially believe scripture in Bible.
If we yield to thoughts of unbelief from devil, we become crazy ... like the following example.
Matthew 8:28-33 And when HE was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.
And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?
And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.
So the devils besought Him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.
And he said unto them, Go.
And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.

Devils caused the two men to dwell in madness.
Devils caused the pigs to destroy themselves.
Madness, craziness, fears, unbelief all come from flesh and devils to destroy us.
But Jesus came to give us life.
If you fail to deal properly with destructive thoughts, not only can you destroy yourself but you can destroy others who are around you.
Have faith in God ... in the Bible ... in the scriptures ... in that which God says.
And when the devil comes to you bringing you some other thought which is contrary to what God has said, you must choose what God has said in Bible, believing that.
This is what we do diligently, continually.
II Corinthians 10:3-5 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
We must not waver from that which the Bible says concerning the issue at hand.
We stand by refusing to turn from that which God has said.
Devils can cause any one of us to go crazy if we fail to hold onto those scriptures which show God and HIS will.

There is a woman named Sandra in our little church group.
She stays sober for awhile and then she goes on "drinking binges", drinking in thoughts sent by devil, until she is out of her mind and says really crazy things which make no sense at all.
I go out to bring her back and restore her. For awhile she will stay "sober" and then starts drinking devil's thoughts and goes crazy again.
This has gone on since 1980.
Here is a email I wrote her today:

Sandra
When you are in your "right mind", you say it won't happen again.
But you don't remain in your right mind.
Devils bring thoughts to you (She drinks in devil"s thoughts and becomes drunk again on devils thoughts and craziness takes over again)
You take in devils thoughts and become as crazy as those pigs who ran down cliff and destroyed themselves. (Matthew 8)

And when Sandra gets drunk on thoughts sent by devils, she begins to doubt her salvation and stops holding onto Bible.

Instead, each of us must do this:
Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
