Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
Psalm 8:3 When I consider Thy heavens, the work of Thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which THOU hast ordained;
We, as humans are so limited in our thinking. But when we consider the creation of God we see a little of the infinite power of God.
I am always in awe of the fact that God commanded the water that comes up on the beach and set the limits as to how far those waves can encroach on the sand. They cannot go past that point assigned by God.
Also in Psalms, there is a verse which says God calls all the stars by their own name.
Recently I noticed a news story where there were over 4 or 5 billion stars. I thought of how God has a name for each star and calls it by name. If God wanted just one specific star to fall from the sky, HE could command that one star out of the billions.
We can think of the power of God in the creation of Isaac, how God made it possible for Sarah at 90 years old to conceive and deliver that promised son, Isaac.
We are very limited as humans when we consider the power of God but it does help to think on these things.
Nothing is impossible with God. Luke 1:37
