πŸ’₯ God who giveth us richly all things to enjoy. (1 Tim. 6:17)

The apostle Paul, speaking to young Timothy the evangelist, said:

I Timothy 6:17  Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;

Ecclesiastes 3

1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

If we are out of debt, this might a time for us to "feather our nest", for I believe we are coming into a time that it will be well if we can enjoy those things at our home and dig deeper into our "cave".

Violence is around us today on every side.  It shouldn't surprise us for the apostle Paul warned us:

2 Timothy 3

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

(Many go to church but fail to live by the Word of God.  They will only trouble you.  Therefore the apostle Paul tells us:  "From such turn away."   And the apostle Peter says:  "Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.  2 Tim. 3:14)

Let us structure our lives where we can live in peace as we wait for the coming of Jesus.  We will not be in peace with this world for the apostle James says:  "know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God."

I Corinthians 2:14  But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

The apostle Paul says:  Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
(Phil. 2:12)

In the last days, there is great apostasy in the churches.  Many attend churches and go along with the apostasy set up whereby they depart from scriptures to seek after their own pleasures.

II Thessalonians 2

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

(In 1982 God said to me:  "The falling away are not people leaving the churches.  The falling away are the churches leaving the scripture, setting up doctrines opposing to Word of God in the Bible."

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

It was ordained by God that this apostasy in the churches of the end time happen.  Jesus will deal with these churches of the apostasy when HE comes.

2 Thessalonians 2

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of HIS mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of HIS coming:

9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

(Cling to the love of the truth, the Word of God.  Hold fast to the scriptures.)

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Do not allow their disobedience to destroy you and your faith in God.  For God remains faithful.  (Doesn't the sun shine each morning?  God shows us HE is faithful.)

But Jesus warns us:

Matthew 24

11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

We cannot sit among the disobedient and survive:

2 Corinthians 6

14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be MY people.

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean; and I will receive you,

18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be MY sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
