When we learn to see Jesus as THE WORD we have something solid upon which to build.

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

If you view Jesus as a man hanging on a cross, you view death.

We should be viewing the resurrected Jesus, because  HE, The Word, is victorious.

In each of the instructions The Word, Jesus, gave to the churches in the book of Revelation it called on those churches to overcome.

***

For a Christian to be overcome by this world is an abomination.

We overcome everything our own flesh and this world can bring, through God and that Word God gives us when we pray.

We cannot and should not accept a defeated, weak, sickly, non-victorious Christian life.

The Word of God, Jesus, never loses, is never defeated, never fails.

One way you can teach yourself the truth and live overcoming victorious lives is to teach yourself that Jesus is The Word.

When we learn God has the answer to all troubles...  And if we will ask God what to do, HE will show us, how could we be overcome in anything.

God will call The Word to our mind in the situation at hand.  We do that Word in that situation and we overcome through The Word in all troubles.

This is what I have been teaching you in these many exhortations.

You can help yourself greatly by taking the Psalms and seeing them as follows:

Psalm 23

The Lord (The Word) is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 HE (The Word) maketh me to lie down in green pastures: HE (The Word) leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 HE (The Word) restoreth my soul: HE (The Word) leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake (the Word's sake).
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou (The Word) art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff (The Words You give me) they comfort me.
5 Thou (The Word) preparest a table before me (filled with Your Word which is indeed food forever) in the presence of mine enemies: Thou (The Word) anointest my head with oil (giving me The Word which causes my face to shine with joy in a distraught, wicked world.); my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord (The Word) for ever.

You learn to see the real Jesus, The Word, in this way and you will know what Paul meant by the following:

Romans 8:37-39    Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through HIM (The Word) that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord (The Word).

***

God will never leave us and will always in all things give us The Word by the Holy Spirit to enable us to overcome all things and all people.

God will speak directly to each of us by HIS Spirit to guide us into that situation which is best for us ... green pastures, still water ...

And if we need a little extra help or freeze up and can't comprehend what HE is trying to say to us, HE will send HIS angel to give us a message ... or perhaps a flesh and blood prophet will be sent to straighten us out!

We won't miss the way ... God won't allow that to happen.  There are many ways God can get our attention.

Do you really think the God who created heaven and earth can't communicate with us in a way we can understand?

Nonsense.

You should be ashamed to think our God to be so weak that He can't find a way to deal with something as minor as us!

Our God is great.  HE created the heaven and the earth. God is so great that He even set the bounds for that water at the sea shore where it can only come up to a point and no further onto that beach.  HE designed our bodies to function.  How great is that?

Have faith in God!

And learn to see Jesus as HE really is ... The Word.

And be assured of this:  Even the gates of hell will not prevail against that Word which God gives you by HIS Spirit on the issue at hand.
