Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
Man's yoke, man's plans are hard, complex.
God's yoke is "easy" and HIS burden is light. Matthew 11:30
Men who say they are ministers often write to me tell me of their works. I am shocked at all the difficult and costly things they attempt. Orphanages, old folks homes, building schools, caring for the sick, giving Bibles to all who come to their meetings, and such.
(Of course their primary reason for contacting me and other people is to try to get us to send them money for their works.)

In 2018, I wrote an information sheet to try to stem off many of these things for which these men ask:
* For prayer: They should pray for themselves. If their prayer is according to the will of God, God will give them that for which they ask. I John 5:14-15
* For Bibles, Books, Money. I said the following:
WE DO NOT SEND MONEY, OR BIBLES, OR BOOKS. God did not equip us to do that type of ministry. God gave me a dream and showed me to do exhortations for the church on a blog on internet and that is what we do.

Pam Padgett did a small remodel project in 2018, adding a wall where her French style doors had been and later planning to add a shower to her 1/2 bath. She began the project by getting a bid from a contractor. She was shocked when he brought a price of approximately $38,000 to do this work.
She had estimated between $15,000-$20,000.
Since this was hard and not easy, she knew this contractor's plan was not God's plan.
She ended up being her own contractor, hiring her own framer, electrician.
She enjoyed planning this and executing the work. It went in a very timely way, approximately 2 weeks for Part 1 of the project.
The price was in keeping with her expectations.

If the job is going to cost much more than you thought, it is good to stop and pray and allow God to reestablish your thinking.
It is unwise to go into debt, for if you do this, you will end up being a servant to money until the debt has been paid.
You cannot serve God and mammon.

Remember: You are in charge of medical decisions.
James 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
* If the treatment proposed does not suit you, you have right to reject that treatment.
* If the appointment time is a problem for you, seek another time.
We are basically in charge of decisions which we allow a medical establishment to do to us.
We have God and access to HIS wisdom... which is pure, peaceable, gentle, easy to be intreated.
We can decline treatments that are unreasonable to us. Often we can go to another doctor. I have an eye disease, glaucoma. It is standard practice for the glaucoma doctors to have a Visual Field Test administered. However so far, all the information I have learned is that this test gives how much vision has been lost. It does not cause the doctor to change the treatment. I object to such a test. I have just left my most recent doctor and plan to try to find a doctor who will agree to prescribe eye drops to control pressure without requiring a Visual Field Test. It continues to be unreasonable to me and no doctor has given me satisfactory reason for this test. It seems to be "just something glaucoma doctors do" … it is on their "list" … At this point in time, I need a better reason than that to take this test.
Another amazing problem I have often seen in dealing with doctors is this: Many show no understanding of the differences between younger and older patients.
I know the Bible shows our normal life span to be 70-years.
In 2016, the statistics for life span for people in USA was 79.9 years for men and 81.4 years for women.
I am 81 this year. My main goal is to sleep well nightly and control pain should this be needed which it is not at present time. I have pain but can control it so far with use of heating pad and over-the-counter roll on creams. And some nights I sleep sitting up in a recliner which diminishes pain.
My goal is more endurance to the appointed end. Younger people might be interested in cures and might be willing to put up with more treatment to try to effect cures than I am. Each of us need to understand our medical goals and communicate such to treatment specialists. Regardless, we are in charge of what we will allow them to administer.

Following the wisdom from God should be for us a way of life on this earth, so we will not be tossed about by the will of godless humans who set up things by their own fleshly minds and do what is convenient for themselves.
Following God becomes automatic when we exercise ourselves in HIS ways.
* Is this easy for me to do this?
* Do I dread doing this?
* Is the expense going to be a hardship for me? Is it wise?
* If I do this, is it likely to be peaceful to me? Godly?

Another consideration, the happening in the "last days" intensify in various ways.
We have to make decisions for our lives. Also we grow older which is an additional complication in many cases.
Projects put extra strain on us and can weaken us both mentally and physically.
Jesus warned:
Luke 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting (over indulgence to excess / to desire to excess), and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
I work diligently to keep my life simple and under control ... guarding my activities so I do not often have multiple things scheduled on any given day.
Also I try to get good rest.
I have eliminated areas which trouble me, such as doorbell on house. People come to want to sell me things and often I will be in far end of house or in bed and doorbell rings and even shocks me. It is usually someone wanting to sell me something I do not want. So I disconnected doorbell.
I disconnected my answerphone. I have caller ID. If I want to speak, I can call back. I cut the phone ringer off in the area of the house where I sleep. I guard my sleep since I believe it is important to me.
Some people feel they have to "accomplish" something every day. Often the more they schedule the better, making them feel good about themselves.
I do opposite, often breaking up schedule into multiple days and often I find that which I thought I needed to do does not need to be done so I eliminate the plan.
God will accomplish that which HE wills. That is all that matters.
Our goal should be to rest in HIM, in HIS works, in that which HE has said to us, keeping ourselves by that word called to our mind by the Holy Spirit.
