God restores us

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

In December, 2017, I had been reading a series of secular "adventure" books.  While I liked the main character, I began to be pulled down by the conniving evil women in the stories.  The women were so deceptive and fleshly in getting power over the men to get what they wanted.  I'm sure I began to think that is what women are and women have to be and I've never been like that.  I felt a little overwhelmed until God reminded me of my aunt.  She wasn't like these women.  Neither was my mother like these scheming women.

Jesus says the iniquity will be so bad in the end times that the love of many will wax cold.  Matthew 24:12

Then I was reminded of Pam Padgett.  She isn't like these women that I see on TV and hear about.

God restored me when I thought of my aunt, my mother, and Pam.

There are some godly women even in the end time iniquity.

We don't see them on TV or in secular books usually, or maybe even in our acquaintances ... but they are there and we can think of them and be helped.

Proverbs 31

Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.

She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.

She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar.
She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.

She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.

She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.

She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.

She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.

She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.

She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.

She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.

Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.

She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.

Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.

She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.

She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.

Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.

Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.

Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.

This is not a woman who sits around looking at herself and consuming everything on herself.

This is not like the fashion women we see in books and on TV, seeking power over others and especially over men by their physical appearance and their consumption on themselves.

This "virtuous", godly woman, is not a weak clinging woman either.

This woman is strong, even to considering a field and purchasing that field and making good use of that field for the good of everyone around her.

She is not self consumed.

Neither is she idle.

No one has to fear her doing harm to them.
