Letter from man in Pakistan


Dear beloved in Christ Pastor Joan

Greeting in the name of our saviour Lord Jesus Christ. 
We are praying for you and your ministries Works that you are doing in the field of the Jesus Christ.

We are two Pastor coming this month in your beautiful country for meet you and church believers , so possible, we do fellowship with you and prayer for people.

The first statement I would make to you is to stop calling yourself "Reverend." It is not in Bible for a minister to do that.

Paul didn't call himself "Reverend" ... neither did any other person in Bible

Someone once said to me, "What do we call you now? Reverend?"

I was shocked.

I replied, "NO! Just call me Joan."

By doing this, you exalt yourself above the Bible.

Repent and refuse to be called this.

You must stop ever using Reverend...you must fully realize it is not in Bible.

You must structure your life by Bible and reject such things that are not in Bible.

It is not a matter of not using it around me ... it is a matter of feeling horrified you ever used this

You need to look at the way Peter and Paul identified themselves.

Look at the first verse of each book Paul wrote ... Romans, 1 Cor, 2 Cor, Gal, Eph., etc, 

You still don't get it.

What should you call yourself based on Bible examples?

Look at way I identify myself ... that shows the calling God put on me...it is scriptural.

I'm not evangelist...I don't display myself as such ... I'm not pastor ... I'm not teacher.

A person will see what to expect from me each time I write on blog by way I identify myself.

It is not important to me for you to call me apostle or prophet...call me Joan ... but I identify myself (my calling by God) so the church can know.

I do not expect apostle to present same thing as pastor.

You have to learn from Bible what prophet does...what each ministry office does. 

Paul was apostle and teacher ...

I don't think you understand this yet.

(There is no such thing as minister of music and the nonsense we have in today's churches... no pope, no cardinal.) 

Prove all things by Bible

Must do that in all things

What do you consider yourself to be ... do you have call of God on your life confirmed by GOD?

If so, you identify self as such.

The thing you wrote would still be wrong way.

This is important.

Two men have called me "mom".  I finally stopped one from doing this.  I told him to do just as Paul did.  They called Paul, "Paul."

If you have to call me something, call me "Joan".

Recently I received invitation to speak to ministers to help them advance in things of God.

God said to me:  "Find out what they are teaching.  For if they won't teach Bible, it will do no good for you to talk with them."

Is this man teaching that the man who marries divorced woman commits adultery ... Mt. 5:32

Is this man teaching that the divorced woman commits adultery if she remarries ...  I Cor. 7:10-11

Is this man teaching that the only scriptural reason for a man to divorce his wife is if she is committing fornication against him ... Mt. 5:32

Is this man teaching that homosexuals and lesbians commit vile affections, according to Bible ...  Romans 1

Is this man teaching following:  

I Corinthians 6  Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate  (homosexuals), nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.


We do these various sins before we are born again but to continue to do such brings the fearful judgment of God upon ourselves.

Hebrews 10:26-31    For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

For we know Him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto Me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge His people.

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

John 8 ... Jesus said to the woman taken in adultery:  "Go ... and sin no more."

She could not continue as an harlot.

No one can continue in their previous sins without setting themselves up for the wrath of God to come upon themselves.

God says:  Be ye holy for I am holy.

If a minister fails to set himself by Bible, there is no communion between himself and those who love the Bible and try to follow the Word of God.

I do not see a love and respect for the Bible, the Word of God, in this man who wrote me.

He does not seem at all sorry for what he did in calling himself "Reverend."

I don't see this man having understanding from God nor a love of Bible.

Unless that love of Bible and respect for scripture is in him, it would do no good for me to meet with him.
