Paul speaks of the law of God not the OT law of Moses.

You Meant it Against Me for Evil, but God Meant it for Good

 
In the 1990's, a man became angry with me and turned my name into the IRS (tax investigators) to try to get me audited and harmed by IRS.  (Internal Revenue Service in USA collects taxes in USA.)

I was notified I was being audited. 

(Personal audit, not ministry, for IRS agent said IRS does not audit tax exempt ministries nor churches)

I only took a very small salary at that time and everything I took was reported on the 1040 tax forms required by IRS, so I really didn't see how this could harm me.

The two IRS agents came to my house.  When I opened the door, the agent said the name of a man, asking to see him at my house ...  It was the man who had been angry with me.

I replied, "No ... I'm Joan Boney."

The agent was very embarrassed.

I think this man's name was on the form with my address and this man had asked IRS to do the audit against me.

I invited the 2 agents into the house.

I told them they were welcome to take all my cancelled bank checks for both the ministry and for me personally.

They were shocked! 

Apparently people did not hand over their cancelled checks to IRS this way. 

But I didn't care.  If I had done anything wrong, it was a mistake and I would correct it by paying the fee and appropriate fines to IRS.

I talked with the agents, gave them the bookkeeping and the checks and they left.

After their audit, I went to the IRS building to receive their finding.

I asked if they found anything wrong.

They said they did not.

One agent asked me a question.  He said he noticed the ministry did not pay social security taxes for me.  These are paid by the employer, which in my case would be the ministry.

I explained that when the ministry was first set up with IRS (in 1979), we had an option concerning social security. 

I could sign "a vow of poverty" with IRS and the ministry would be exempt from paying social security taxes for me.

The man who set up our legal papers in 1979, was a former IRS agent and he advised me not to sign this vow of poverty, for he said if I signed this, we could never go back and receive social security payment for me.

Neither would I ever be able to have Medicare, medical provision from the US government.

I was young at the time and didn't foresee illnesses.

And the ministry at that time, 1979, could not afford to pay social security taxes for me.  We had no income when we started out.

So I signed the IRS "vow of poverty."

The agent said there was no record of such a vow being filed with IRS so if I would like to buy-back into social security I could do so for $8000.

At the time of this audit (1990's), the ministry was well established and we had plenty of money to pay social security taxes so I wrote out a check for this immediately and gave it to the agent.

This turned out to be very important.  A decade later I fell over a box, broke hip, had surgery, and had to spend an entire month in a rehabilitation hospital.  I'm sure the cost was enormous.  But it was all paid by social security and by my supplemental insurance policy.

Also at the age of 62, I began receiving small checks, about $500 a month, from social security.  This was enough for my personal needs so I stopped taking salary from ministry.  To this day, this is still the way I live.

The tax audit turned out to be a great blessing for me and for the ministry!

Since there is no more sacrifice for sins if we go back to sins after we know the truth of the Bible  (Hebrews 10:26), it may be that the only way the spirit can be saved is for that "brother" to be put out of the church or for some righteous follower of God to make it clear they will no longer keep company with such a brother who does these sins.
 
 11  But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

13  ...  Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

One Word from God by HIS Spirit Changes Everything

 
I was devastated by what I had seen in sins being committed by big-time ministers and the perversions of the Bible they were doing in their preaching. 

I had seen what the advertising agencies were doing to promote these ministers.

After this, for more than 30-years I tried to find a church group that I could attend.  But each time, I would go to a church group, I would witness pastor twisting scripture, making up lies about portions of Bible, changing doctrine from that which is in Bible, approving unrepentant sin in congregation, without pastors even showing shame nor repenting when I went to them with that which they were doing in the church.

Incredible lies were being taught from pulpits.

- One pastor taught the woman taken in adultery in John 8 was naked from the waist up when she was brought before Jesus.  A complete fabrication of scripture.

- One pastor taught that Sarah and Hagar were 1/2 sisters.  When I asked him where that is in Bible he became angry and said, "All right ... it's not in the Bible."  (He just made it up.)

- A Baptist pastor was eliminating a portion of scripture when he spoke to his congregation, omitting Jesus' reference to the subject of "fasting"

- One pastor (also a professor from Dallas Theological Seminary) was teaching that tongues are from the devil ... but the apostle Paul told the church, "Forbid not to speak with tongues."  I Corinthians 14:39

If a person claims that which another person is doing or teaching is from a devil when it is from the Holy Spirit, this is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit and is the one sin that is unforgivable and the person is in danger of eternal damnation.  Mark 3:28-29

It was a terrible thing to witness that which was happening in the church groups, and I didn't understand how the pastors could do these things against the Bible.  I was angry, depressed, bewildered.  No one repented.  And their congregations where they spoke these lies and distortions of scripture, just sat there with big-smiles on their faces, going along with pastor, not checking what pastor was saying with the Bible.

This fit a terrible dream given to me by God concerning speakers gassing their congregations to death with their doctrines.

Poison Gas Dream 1979 
Destruction was everywhere.  (in the churches) 
In this dream, a meeting was going on.  A man was speaking to a group of people.  I went in and sat down and began to listen. 

A second man rushed into the room and said, "Stop ... wait ... can't you see ... It's too late ... It's already begun."
The first man resumed speaking.

I looked out the windows to see what had "already begun".

I was very shocked at what I saw.

There was a tall pole with a yellow civil defense speaker on top of the pole.  I saw a gas coming out of that speaker.  The gas was poisonous and was going to kill people and it was coming directly toward us!

The shocking thing was the speaker that was set there to warn us was the instrument being used to distribute the gas which would end up killing us!

I looked at the man who was seated next to me.  He had a very big smile on his face as he attentively looked directly at the man who was speaking.  But then I realized, this man was dead!  He was a corpse.

I looked at the other people in the room and they were all dead.

As I sat there listening to the man who was speaking to the dead group of people, I began to yawn and I realize the gas was killing me too as I sat there among them.

In early 2017, God spoke one word to me to show me what I had been seeing in church groups for the past 40+ years as pastors twisted doctrine and omitted scripture and changed doctrine from that in the Bible and would not repent.

God said to me:  "Restraint"

I knew this word was in a scripture in II Thessalonians 2 (NASB) ...

3-8    Let no one in any way deceive you, for it (the day of the Lord) will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes (Bible) and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.

Do you not remember that while I was still with you, I was telling you these things?

And you know what restrains him now, so that in his time he will be revealed.

(That which restrained antichrist was the scripture.  When churches removed portions of scripture, the restraint holding antichrist out of the churches was removed, and the apostasy began in the church group.)

For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way. Then that lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming;

What I had been seeing all these years in churches, where pastors taught things other than Bible doctrine and where pastors made up stories and changed doctrine away from the Bible, was the end-time apostasy spoken of in II Thessalonians 2.

Now I understood and it helped me so much to know this.

John 1 (Reading through the Bible)

 
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

The same was in the beginning with God.

All things were made by Him (THE WORD); and without Him was not any thing made that was made.


(Genesis 1 ... All things were made by The Word, but it was God who told The Word what to do.  Jesus always heard from God and did what God said.  This is our pattern and that which we should also do.)

In Him  (in THE WORD) was life; and the life was the light of men.

And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.

That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

10 HE was in the world, and the world was made by Him (by THE WORD), and the world knew Him not.

1  It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife.

2 And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.
 
puffed up:  Saying of yourself:  "How dare they.  I would never do that."  Instead of mourning that another Christian would do such sins as fornication, covetousness, idolatry, railing, or being a drunkard, or an extortioner.

3 For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,
 
4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,  5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
 
(Putting them away from the church group might be the only way they can be saved in the day of the Lord:  
Hebrews 10:26  For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

I have had this happen 4 times:  Once I had to "put away" our Bible teacher at Word of Faith church which I had been attending.  I heard about his "girlfriend".  None of us at church knew anything about him having a girlfriend. He was a divorced man with one child. When he was evasive with me, I asked him point blank, "Are you having sexual intercourse with this woman?"  
 
Without any sign of shame, he said:  "Of course!"
 
I replied:  "You know the Bible as well as I do.  I can't have anything more to do with you.  I can't attend your Bible classes.  I can't partake of the word of God, eating, any more with you."
 
His response:  "That's right."  (still no sign of repentance or shame)
 
I never saw him again.  I did speak once or twice with him by phone and he told me years later that fornication was no longer a problem.  I felt that meant God had destroyed his ability to have sexual intercourse ... I Cor. 5:5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
 
This gives me hope for the salvation of the 4 persons I have had to put away from the church.

One of those 4 persons was, I believe, committing idolatry toward me as a minister, although she had died before I realized what was happening.
 
She would come to see me and I just wanted to run away from her.  (This went on for about 30 years.  I felt so guilty that I didn't want to be around her.)   It was like she just wanted to sit at my feet and stare at me!  Horrible!
 
On one visit, I took her to the airport early and just drove away.  I saw her through my rear view mirror as she was standing in the street just looking at me as I drove away.  I was saying"I'm free! I'm free! I'm free!"
 
I think this was the last time I ever saw her.
 
Months after this she called me to tell me she had a very great physical illness.  And she died shortly after that.
 
She apparently couldn't live alone so she choose to go live with a very evil sister in Texas.  I spoke to her by phone one night.  And all of a sudden she said, "I have to go."  The following day I called her and her sister answered the phone.  I've never before heard such evil.  When I asked to speak to this woman, her sister told me she wasn't there.  As I continued to speak to this woman, she said, "Alright, she died last night." (I was very shocked!)  The sister continued to say this to me:  "Don't try to come to her funeral.  It is a private thing.  No visitors allowed.  And don't contact me again."  and she hung up.
 
I was surprised she had chosen to live with such an evil person in her last days.
 
I did not recognize her problem as idolatry toward me until this past year when another long time church member was revealed to me by God as having a problem with idolatry toward me.  Then I remembered Linda and saw what they were doing was same thing.
 
I believe Linda's flesh was destroyed by God because of idolatry toward me, a minister of God.  But I do have hope that her spirit will be saved in the day of the Lord, because I did execute this concerning her even though I didn't know it to be idolatry she was doing. 
 
I Cor. 5:4  In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,  5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

In the 1980's and 1990's, Jimmy Swaggart was caught with prostitutes, as he admitted in a tear filled plea on TV saying, "I have sinned."
 
The Assembly of God church leadership said:  We should pray for brother Swaggart.  
 
I happened to be visiting that Sunday morning at a small Assembly of God church when their pastor said those words to the congregation.
 
I was shocked and said in a low voice:  "He should be put out of the church."
 
(Apparently the woman sitting in front of me heard what I said and she turned and strongly glared at me.) 
 
A few years later Jimmy Swaggart was caught with another prostitute.  This time he said:  "God told me it's nobody's business what I do."
 
The Assembly of God defrocked Jimmy Swaggert that second time.
 
Swaggart continued "performing" to big crowds on his TV meetings.  He had cut back on preaching in the 1980's and increased performing music at his meetings because his ad agency (Michael Ellison Advertising Agency) told him this was the way to get bigger audiences, which was his desire.  (Swaggart was a country western type singer and piano player.)

The churches today are often antichrist, having discarded specific scriptures and fallen away from much of the New Testament Bible to approve sin rather than speak against sin, to have big congregations.
 
2 Thessalonians 2   
 
 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
 
In 1982, I was reading this scripture and God explained to me:  "The falling away are not people leaving the church group ... The falling away are the church groups falling away from scripture."
 
This is antichrist in the churches.  It is all over today!  Churches casting aside certain scripture to approve woman remarrying after divorce.  To approve homosexuals and lesbians against the scripture in Romans 1:26-28  For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
 
End time churches before Jesus returns and God brings the 14 plagues of the Great Tribulation  (Rev. 8, 9, 16) and destroys the heaven and earth by fire. (2 Peter 3:10-14)

Advertising Agencies Ruling Over Ministers to Promote Them

 
In 1980, I was on radio in USA cities.

My pastor at that time, Robert Tilton, said to me:  "Joan ... you need to sign with Michael Ellison Advertising Agency.  They can really do you a lot of good."

All the big-time ministers that I knew at that time had advertising agents promoting them.  Kenneth Copeland, Jimmy Swaggart, Marilyn Hickey, Robert Tilton, Billy Graham

I contacted Michael Ellison Advertising Agency.

They were not interested in having me as a client.

But I had a coordinator who was a vice-president at Braniff International Airlines and she was a soft spoken but very persuasive person ... and she convinced Ellison to sign me as one of their clients.

The agency representative told me: 

"Joan ... we can fill Soldiers & Sailors Auditorium in Pittsburgh for your meetings.  Just one thing ... Don't say anything on your radio broadcasts to offend anyone..."

I am a prophet.  It would be impossible to operate in the office of a prophet and never offend anyone in the church. 

Just consider the way John the Baptist greeted the people who came out to be baptized of him.

Luke 3:7-8    Then said he to the multitude that came forth to be baptized of him, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?  Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.

For about 4 months, they tried to represent me.

The agent who was assigned to me came to Dallas to meet with me.

He was taking me to dinner and came to my apartment for me in a chauffeured driven limousine.

Hollywood!

I didn't even know how to properly get into the car.

My coordinator joined me at the meeting we had in Dallas with the agency representative which was held at my "modest" ($180 a month) apartment.

At one point in time, the radio station manager in the NYC area radio station came to Dallas for a conference.  He asked to see me.  He came to my apartment and when he saw my apartment, he said:  "You are the only minister I've ever met who didn't spell prophet 'profit'."

The ad agent and my coordinator sat down at my dining room/kitchen table which was also my living room.

The agent was very subtle and suave.

He said, "Joan ... there is just one thing we'd like you to do. 

We want you to put on your envelopes 'SEND ME YOUR PRAYER REQUESTS' ..."

I quickly replied, "I don't want to do that!"

I shocked both the agent and my own coordinator.

I explained:  People should go to God through Jesus.  Directly in prayer.  They should have faith to pray and should be taught to pray to God.

There was dead silence in the room for a minute.

Then the agent said: 

"Well ... you're missing a good bet.  For when they ask you to pray for them, they usually put some money in the envelope." 

It was a fund raising gimmick.

I never did this.

I never take prayer requests from people.  If they tell me what is going on in their lives and God touches me to pray, I pray. 

Usually when they ask you to pray, they tell you what to pray.  It is nonsense.

James 5:16    The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

A prayer must be from the heart, not from obligation.  A prayer must be "red hot", fervent.  And the prayer must be from "a righteous man".

We can't sell out to an advertising agency for gain or to the congregation for approval of man and be righteous.

The advertising agency probably saw very quickly they would have trouble controlling me as a client.

Later, the agency told me they did not want me to send anything out in writing to anyone without first sending the writing to the agency for their approval.

Of course I wouldn't do that.

Very shortly after that, I received a "slick" phone call from the agency and the agent assigned to me said they were going to have to eliminate some of their clients and "unfortunately" I was one of the clients they were going to need to eliminate.

I thought I had failed!

But God called the following scripture to my attention.

Matthew 4:8-10    Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;  And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

I had not failed

I had passed a temptation for fame and glory and money in the ministry world.

At one point, Marilyn Hickey said to me:   "Joan ... pray that Michael Ellison approves my going on television."

It was not pray that God's will be done, nor was it pray that God approves my going on television, but rather she said pray that Michael Ellison approves my going on television.

This is the power and the hold the advertising agencies can have over the big-time ministers.

Billy Graham's agent came to Dallas to see about signing me with their agency.

He said, "Joan ... you don't realize that you are a 'gold mine'.  You have an earned doctorate.  We can package you to corporations to do seminars for women."

But God had told me I was not to be exclusive to women but was for the whole church.

I am called by God and anointed by Jesus as a gift to the church in the offices of apostle and prophet.

I continued to try to present on radio what I believed to be messages from God.

Often the message offended the churches because the churches had changed doctrine from the Bible and had explained away portions of scripture such as:

Matthew 5:32    Jesus says:  But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

(The divorced woman will commit adultery when she remarries and the man who marries this divorced woman will commit adultery by marrying the divorced woman.)

I Corinthians 7:10-11    And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband:  But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.

and many other scriptures are set aside in the churches today  ...

Some churches today approve homosexuals and lesbians, ignoring Romans 1  ... 

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

Some churches have gone along with the world and now call drunkenness a "disease" rather than a sin of the flesh, ignoring the following:

I Corinthians 6:9-10    Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate (homosexuals), nor abusers of themselves with mankind,  nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

This is the end-time apostasy in the church where churches fall away from scripture allowing antichrist to rule in the church.

II Thessalonians 2    (NASB)

Let no one in any way deceive you, for it (the day of the Lord) will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction,  who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.

Do you not remember that while I was still with you, I was telling you these things?

And you know what restrains him now, so that in his time he will be revealed.

(That which "restrains" antichrist ... holds antichrist back from the church ... are the scriptures ... as soon as a portion of scripture has been removed from the church, the restraint against antichrist is removed, and antichrist moves into the church and the apostasy begins in that church group.)

(Antichrist is not one man but a spirit in many men, just as the devil is not one man but a spirit in many men.)

II Thessalonians 2   For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only HE (the WORD) who now restrains will do so until HE (the WORD) is taken out of the way. Then that lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming;


But as in the days of Elijah, God has some reserved to HIMSELF who will not bow their knee to "Baal", to the beast of Revelation, to today's thinking of this world ... and will continue to hold fast to scripture from the Bible unto the end and the return of Jesus.  In Elijah's day, there were 7000 reserved by God, who had not bowed their knees to the false prophet Baal. 

I Kings 19:18    (God says)  Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him.

Paul says Jesus could not return until the apostasy happened first in the churches.  II Thessalonians 2

It helps us to know why churches today are falling away from scripture and setting up other doctrines.

It is the apostasy in the church.
